HIRING for (Temp-To-Hire) INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE in Spring Lake/Sea Girt, NJ!

PAY: $45-$50k (Depend on experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life after 30 days of employment! As a temp-to-hire employee you do accrue sick time, but not vacation time. After 4-6 months you have the chance to be brought on as a permanent employee, and enjoy the companies’ own benefits structure.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Responsible for developing, maintaining and interacting - primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication- to a broad scope of new and existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Good interpersonal skills, phone manners and the ability to work with others
• Good organizational, planning and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word

** A Plus if you have manufacturing or engineering experience.
**A Plus if you have any knowledge of CAD or reading blueprints.
