Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is assisting to hire forklift operators for a warehouse distribution center. The forklift operator must have AT LEAST 2 YEARS experience on sit down or stand up forklifts. Forklift operators work either swing or graveyard shifts in North Sac or South Sac only.

***MUST COMPLETE ‘FORKLIFT SAFETY’ and ‘ATTN TO DETAIL’ assessment for consideration.***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking for shipments.
• Operate necessary technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc. as required.
• Load and unload product from trucks or containers.
• Break down, separate, and receive incoming shipments.
• Move products to storage areas using proper equipment and expertly stack and store merchandise.
• Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using sit down forklift and RF scanners REQUIRED
• Mobility necessary to work all levels of building
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Frequently required to push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Regularly required to stand 100% of working shift if required by job responsibilities
• Able to control moving equipment at all times
• Must clear 7 year felony/misdemeanor background check and drug screen

RATE: $18-20/hr. DOE

SHIFT: SWING OR GRAVEYARD -MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON DAY SHIFT 1ST WEEK
