Job Description
Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Associate for a company located in Roseville, Ca. This is a temp to hire role with a Salary Range of 17-20 an hour based on skills and experience. Microsoft office skills are a must, especially a strong knowledge of Excel, including but not limited to the creation and use of Pivot tables. If you are interested please submit your resume.
Under general direction, you will monitor sales, returns, and customer relations on all e-commerce platforms. Online sales platforms include, but are not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Backmarket, and more. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional level of composure and consideration while assisting customers with technical issues, exchanges, returns, trade-ins, and any other issues that may arise. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Knowledge of basic functions of Excel( including Pivot tables)
- Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, etc.)
- Creating invoices
- Creating RMAs
- Creating credit memos
- Assisting customers with purchases, returns, technical, and other issues
- Communicating with technicians and shipping personnel
- Other duties as assigned

- Prior sales experience beneficial
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting for long portions of the day.
- Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.
