We are seeking an Assistant Manager | Coffee Experience (Barista) to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team.
Schedule:
Weekday: 7:30am - 1pm | Saturday 7:30am -5pm (5days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff, ensuring to follow recipes and procedures and train and evaluate employees when needed.
- Barista - dual role - Asst Mgr.
- Inventory management - keep track of what needs to be re-ordered on a weekly basis.
- Weekly staff schedule development and distribution.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints

- Required to work 1 weekend day (Saturday) After that, up to you to decide how you want your 2 days off.
